Cablesson Ivuna Flex 200mm IR over HDMI Kits (IR Adapter) are compatible with Most HDMI equipped devices and there is no need to install additional cabling, you can use your existing HDMI cables. The setup is very easy. The package consists of 2 x Flex 200mm (Swivel and Rotate) adapters that simply connect onto both ends of your HDMI cable run. Once connected, the magic eye receiver dongle receives the remote control signals and sends them back down the HDMI cable to be blasted at the source by transmitter dongle.
The IR over HDMI kit enables you to use your remote and control functions (such as pause, rewind etc.) even when the source devices are located in another room or even cupboard. Relay your remote control's IR signal down a HDMI cable from a HDTV locations where the HDMI source device is out of sight/range of the remote control.
