The MHL adapter features a 5 pin MHL Micro USB to HDMI female (Type A). Inline Micro-B USB socket for external power. This MHL cord (Mobile High-Definition Link) allows you to stream audio and video, play games, and view photos from your smartphone or mhl tablet on the HD big screen.

The micro USB to HDMI mhl cable is HDCP-compliant HD video output up to 1080p. The MHL HDMI cable adapter has a 7.1 channel digital audio support.
